The workout you can do at home without any equipment

You don't need a gym to do a training session. There is no excuse! You can exercise everywhere, even at home. This works by doing exercises that don't require any equipment or materials.


This workout will work as a circuit. When you finish one set of all the exercises, you can rest for a few minutes and then repeat it again. I recommend you to do the circuit 3 times, but you can do as much as you can depending on your limits.


Exercise 1: Bodyweight Squat

Do about 20 to 30 reps (depends on how much you can do without stopping)


Exercise 2: Incline Push-up

Do 15 reps

The machine she is supporting is not needed, since you can use a table or something you find at home.

Exercise 3: Hip Raise

Do 15 reps

Exercise 4: Side Plank

Hold the position for 30 seconds and repeat for the other side.

You can also use your forearm instead of your hand so it is more challenging.

Exercise 5: Floor T Raise

Stay in the position of the image below, and don't touch the floor with your arms or legs. The body position you will be in looks like a T.



Remember to repeat all of the exercises three times.

My name is Amanda Montes and I'm a teenager. I do about 3 hours of intensive sport everyday, because I want to become a tennis player. I do 1 hour of personal training and 2 hours of tennis everyday.
