Exercise

If you think about it, we work like cars. If a car is not taken out for a long time, it would probably start giving a lot of problems. We are more or less the same. If we don't do exercise frequently we will start having problems that could lead to diseases, pains, unhealthy bodies... That is why you should start to give it more importance and even if you are lazy to start, push yourself!😊

About me and why I created this website

My name is Amanda Montes and I'm a teenager. I do about 3 hours of intensive sport everyday, because I want to become a tennis player. I do 1 hour of personal training and 2 hours of tennis everyday. Sometimes it's hard, because it takes up all of my time to do other things, but it is something I want to do.
